1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1 Damaged or Defective Products
You may request a return if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
1.2 Unopened & Unused Products
Products may be eligible for return if:
- They are unused
- Packaging is unopened and intact
- They are in resalable condition
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of construction chemicals, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used chemical containers
- Customized or special-order products
- Products exposed to heat, contamination, or moisture
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotions
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Approved Product Refunds
If a return is approved:
- Refund will be issued via original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- A restocking fee may apply for eligible products
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The product was damaged due to improper storage
- The container was opened or used
- The request is made after the return window
- The product was applied/installed
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Product Orders
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once materials are shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
3.2 Service Projects
For epoxy flooring, PU flooring, waterproofing, or other application services:
- Cancellation is allowed before mobilization of the technical team
- If the team has already been mobilized, a cancellation fee may apply to cover manpower and transportation costs
4. Service-Based Refunds
Refunds for completed services are generally not provided, as results depend on:
- Site conditions
- Surface preparation
- Temperature, humidity, and external factors
- Structural issues beyond our control
However, if there is a verifiable workmanship issue, Fountech will:
- Inspect the site
- Provide repair or touch-up services if applicable
- Determine corrective actions based on warranty terms
No monetary refund is provided for completed service work.
5. Replacement Policy
If a product is defective or incorrect:
- We may replace it free of charge
- Replacement will be processed after inspection and approval
- Delivery times may vary based on product availability
